South American Silver Corp. Declares First Closure of Financing

South American Silver Corp declared its first closure of $6.4 million on 16 April 2012. Final closing is expected to occur on or before May 11, 2012, for the remainder of the Offering.

A growth-oriented mineral exploration company, South American Silver Corp. creates value by introducing projects related to exploration and development. Currently, the company is exploring and developing the Malku Khota (100%) project in Bolivia, one of the largest undeveloped silver-indium-gallium deposits in the world and the large-scale copper-gold project in Chile.

The profits churned will directly be utilized to progress the company’s Malku Khota silver-indium-gallium project in Bolivia and the Escalones copper-gold project in Chile and general corporate purposes.
